Reset password

If you sign in with facial or fingerprint recognition, you’ll need to disable this first to see the forgotten password link. To disable it, go to More > App settings.

  1. Open the app.
    If you’re signed in, sign out (More > Sign out).

  2. On the sign-in page, enter your email address.

  3. Tap Forgotten your password? and follow the prompts.

Sign in with facial or fingerprint recognition

Turn on fingerprint or facial recognition (like Face ID or Touch ID), so you can skip having to enter your username and password every time you sign in.

Go to More > App settings > Enable biometrics and switch it on.

You can also disable facial and fingerprint recognition from the same place.

Sign in with a passcode

If you use fingerprint or facial recognition to sign in, you'll only be asked for your passcode if your fingerprint or facial recognition does not work.

Sign in to Solo with a six-digit code, so you can skip having to enter your username and password every time you sign in.

Go to More > App settings > Solo passcode and tap Set to create your passcode.

You can also change or turn off passcode from the same place.

Sign out

Note: If you leave your phone unlocked and the app open, it will automatically sign you out after 5 minutes to keep your data secure.

Go to More and tap Sign out.
