Disconnect or change an account

You can disconnect or change any bank accounts or credit cards that are connected to Solo.

Disconnecting an account

If you want to stop the Solo app from receiving your bank data, disconnect the account in Connected accounts settings.

  1. Go to More and tap Connected accounts.

  2. Tap the three dots (...) next to the account and tap Disconnect.

  3. Tap Disconnect to confirm. The disconnected account may still show as connected for a short period.

Changing to another account

If you want to connect a different account to the Solo app, disconnect the current account in Connected accounts settings and connect a new one.

  1. Go to More and tap Connected accounts.

  2. Tap the three dots (...) next to the account and tap Disconnect.

  3. Tap Disconnect to confirm. The disconnected account may still show as connected for a short period.

  4. To connect the new account, go to Home.

  5. Tap Connect to your bank and follow the set-up prompts.

If you've connected an account before, you won’t have to choose a category again. The app will remember the old category the account used.
