Paul has more than 25 years’ global leadership experience in technology and transformation. Before joining MYOB he was President of cloud-based biotech platform, Benchling, and held key leadership roles at Adobe including President of International.

Paul also founded and operated small businesses and is a passionate advocate for the sector. He has extensive board experience and is currently a non-executive director of ASX listed TechnologyOne and an advisory board member of the Australian Industry Group.

Rebecca has held senior executive positions across Australia, Europe and Asia, with extensive experience in roles intersecting technology and international operations.

Previously holding c-suite positions at Afterpay, Rebecca has a wealth of fintech experience.

Rebecca is an advocate for women in tech and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, CPA Australia and Chief Executive Women.

Dean has held a variety of digital leadership roles over the last 25 years, with a history of successful transformations in the pursuit of world-class customer experiences.

Before joining MYOB, Dean was Chief Customer Officer at e-commerce platform The Iconic, Chief Executive Officer for Virgin Loyalty and held executive roles at American Express.

Dean was recognised as #11 in Mi3’s CMO Awards 2025.

Simon has more than 25 years of experience driving innovation, digital transformation, and technology leadership across financial services, SaaS, digital, startups and scale ups.

As Chief Information Officer at Sportsbet, and in leadership roles at ANZ, Simon drove digital transformation, scaling operations and enhancing technology capabilities.

Simon’s passion for people, customers, and technology, alongside his global experience, drives innovation to deliver exceptional customer experiences through emerging technologies.

Before joining MYOB, Sally worked at BHP, and held senior roles at Treasury Wine Estates and Fosters. Her career has spanned the technology, mining, FMCG, professional services and agribusiness sectors.

Sally is passionate about driving exceptional business results through a strong values-based culture with inclusion and diversity at its core.

Jessica has held leadership roles across Australia, Europe and Asia, predominantly working for high-growth tech scale-ups.

Prior to MYOB, Jessica worked at Apple, Via and, most recently as COO of Flipdish, a leading European technology company powering online ordering and POS solutions for thousands of SME restaurants.

At MYOB, Jessica leads Flare HR, one of Australia’s largest embedded work-flow companies, which has revolutionised the distribution of superannuation, novated leasing and other employee benefits.
