Request access to MYOB software for a deceased estate

If you’re an executor or administrator managing a deceased estate for a sole trader, you may need to access their MYOB account or data files.

You’ll need to supply certified copies of the following documents with the form:

  • the grant of probate, or letters of administration (this proves that you're the executor or administrator of the estate)

  • and a death certificate.

To get access

  1. Download and complete this form: Request access to MYOB software for a deceased estate.

  2. Fill out this form.

  3. Submit a support request in My Account (myaccount.myob.com). You’ll receive an email confirming a case has been created.

  4. Reply to your case email and attach this form and any supporting documentation.

Allow 3-5 business days for MYOB to process your request.
