Price changes for MYOB Business and AccountRight base subscriptions

On 1 May 2026, the price of some of our products are changing in New Zealand.

Per-employee payroll fee (per paid employee, per month) 

From 1 May 2026, the per‑employee payroll fee will increase by $1 (excl. GST) to $3 (excl. GST) per paid employee, per calendar month. This fee applies in any month that you pay at least one employee, across all eligible MYOB subscriptions.

Payroll fees are automatically calculated based on the number of employees paid each month and are applied at the end of the calendar month. Starting 1 June 2026, these fees will appear on the invoice for Payroll users. The maximum number of employees included depends on the selected plan. If you are entitled to a discount as a result of any current, valid offer, it will be applied against the new monthly base subscription price from 1 May 2026 until your offer ends.

Additional fees or charges apply for the use of Premium Features, such as optional payroll, Online Payments and Premium Inventory. There will be no change on 1 May 2026 to additional fees and charges for Premium Inventory or Online Payments
